As I am sure that many people who have read this article, I have tried numerous programs to reduce weight with mixed results. We are all human, and, of course, was my excuse, if they find that I have not even managed to lose weight. How many people can be successful if I do not? It is one I ask myself often.
Before about two years ago I decided that a certain number of things themselves first of all eat a lot. Secondly, I do not exercise enough. It was short, why they are overweight.
The next question is, as I do to this life that I really loved and hated to eat for all forms of perception. Some of my friends are apparently present in the gym three times per week, but it's not just me.
I am a very friendly person who likes to stay and watch television. I decided that I am right in your house watching TV when I bought a bicycle and a rowing machine properly, and my search began to lose weight. Both have it in an environment that is the number of calories after each mini-session. Only two to lose, it is very difficult for someone like me.
It works really well and then I started to read the labels of foods that I eat. Three percent of calories, little food, I tell myself, just think about what point the work will be on the rowing machine to measure the impact of nutrition, not really at the height.
I exercise of most evenings and always watch what you eat. In the last two years I have lost a lot of weight with this strategy and with a weight that I am finally happy.
