Atkins Diet Phases

There are four phases in the Atkins diet:

Induction
It is the first phase of the Atkins Diet. Who at least two weeks. It is the most restrictive. Here you can eat very little carbohydrates. You can eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per day.

During the weight loss
The second phase to eat carbohydrates. They eat more than 5 grams of sugar per week. In the first week you can eat by 25 grams, in the second week you can eat 30 grams, and so on until your weight loss slows. Then you go to
next step.

Pre-Interview
At this point you can, carbohydrates and 10 grams per week, provided they continue to lose weight. Increases to the carbohydrates to lose less than one pound per week. You can step up your level of intake of carbohydrates in which you neither gain nor loss of weight.

Lifetime Maintenance
Upon completion of the Pre-maintenance, and after they had found, based on the consumption of carbohydrates, adapts to your life with a perfect location for carbohydrate weight loss maintenance, and would hold their weight in the course of his life.
